They are designed primarily for high performance drilling in sheet metal, however they also perform well in all types of wood and plastic and also stainless steel. They have a 100° tip for a faster start and precise centering and guidance with a 140° cutting shoulder for a smooth finish that will drill perfectly round holes with clean exit holes and will not bind in multiple layers of thin material.
