It will measure horizontal and vertical, for hand router, router tables and saw benches it has a 60mm wide aperture and is accurate to 0.5mm with an 80mm measurement range. It has U section plastic injection moulding with unique cam lever lock, a steel rule with metric and imperial scale. This gauge is self-standing for setting cutter depth on router tables and low profile for back fence adjustment
