The Makita DBS180 LXT Belt Sander has a powerful brushless motor for increased runtime and a lock on function for reduced fatigue during long periods of use. An electric brake provides increased user safety. It has an adjustable sanding arm that pivots up to 160° for compact storage. For added safety the DBS180 will not start if the sanding arm is folded over 90 degree. There is also an LED job light and it is connectible to dust extractor with correct attachment (NOT supplied).
